General Assistance

Description: This person would/could assist with theater clean-up days, set strike days, special and fundraising events, etc. This role is a non-paid volunteer role.

Patron Greeter/FOH

Description: This person will be the "face of Castle Craig Players" as you will be the first person our patrons will interact with. This person will assist a CCP Board member with checking in patrons and advising them of their assigned table location. This person is also responsible for cleaning the seating area after a show: sweeping/mopping floor, managing tablecloth change-outs, handling trash, preparing the theater for the next show, etc. This role is a non-paid volunteer role.

Requirements: No experience necessary but a welcoming personality is required. Assistance with responsibilities will be provided.

Set Construction

Description: This person will assist lead set construction manager with building production sets. This person should be available during weekdays and possibly Saturday mornings..This role is a non-paid volunteer role.

Requirements: Should be good with power tools and basic construction methodology.

Costumer/Seamstress

Description: This role is a non-paid volunteer role.

Tech Assistant

Description: This person will assist the Technical Director with hanging, and adjusting stage lights, running cables, potentially programming the light board with lighting cues, programming sound cues, etc. This role is a non-paid volunteer role.

Requirements: Experience is not required but is beneficial. If no experience, a strong willingness to learn is advantageos.

Building Maintenance

Description: This person will assist the Facility Manager with general maintenance of the building as needed. This may include repairing and/or rebuilding certain building components, managing and organizing the workshop area,, etc. This role is a non-paid volunteer role.

Requirements: Experience using power tools not required but helpful.

Stage Crew

Description: This person reports to the Stage Manager and is responsible for assisting with set pieces and props on & off the stage as needed per the production. This role is a non-paid volunteer role.

Requirements: Experience preferred but not required. Availability required during tech week and all production dates. Organizational skills helpful.

Props Assistant

Description: This role is a non-paid volunteer role.
